Job summary

You will develop schedules, issue work orders, coordinate with departments, and forecast material needs. A Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ scheduling experience, plus proficiency with SAP/Oracle and MS Office, are required; hybrid

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field of study.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field.
• Experience with scheduling software.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage production schedules and material requirements.
• Oversee and monitor production activities for optimal workflow.
• Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and material shortages.
• Maintain detailed documentation of production and material issues.
• Issue work orders and purchase requests aligned with production schedules.
• Interface with various departments to ensure alignment with schedules.
• Analyze data to forecast material needs and adjust schedules accordingly.
