Job summary

Sierra Space Corporation is seeking a Master Scheduler to develop and balance manufacturing plans across several factories. You will collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Production and Supply Chain to translate ambitious program objectives into executable production schedules.

The role requires strong data analytics skills and extensive MRP experience, with a focus on capacity management and planning in engineering-driven environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 6 or more years of relevant experience.
• Higher-level degrees may substitute for relevant experience.
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
• Experience working in engineering-driven manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of MRP Systems.
• Strong Data Analytics skills.
• Skilled at distilling and presenting large amounts of data in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Develop and balance manufacturing plans across multiple factories.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, Production, and Supply Chain to translate program objectives into schedules.
• Analyze production data to identify capacity constraints and mitigation strategies.
• Develop, triage, maintain, and present manufacturing plans supporting mission objectives.
