Job summary

Sierra Space is seeking a Production Planner III to develop and maintain optimized production schedules across aerospace manufacturing. You will align materials, resources, and labor with production goals while supporting Lean practices and demand scheduling tools.

The role requires strong ERP/MRP/Excel/SQL skills, experience in complex scheduling, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration to drive efficiency and cost savings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Typically 5+ years of related experience
• Proficient with ERP, MRP, Excel and SQL
• Extensive production planning and scheduling in aerospace/automotive
• Proven optimization of production processes
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and ISO 9001 familiarity
• Capacity planning and resource allocation knowledge
