Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a product operations professional to join the Product & Pricing Operations team, driving the transformation of our New Product Introduction process by turning feedback from sellers, customers, and operators into improvements. This hybrid role involves launching newly acquired products, migrating contracts, and integrating legacy offerings.

You’ll work across quoting, SKUs, and price books, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and ensuring readiness for GA deployments

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years in complex business/technical environments such as operations or product operations.
• Experience designing or transforming New Product Introduction processes and frameworks.
• Ability to translate stakeholder feedback into actionable requirements and measurable improvements.
• Strong project management with cross-functional change and integration experience.
• Hands-on experience with CRM/SFA or Quote-to-Cash / Price Book systems.

Responsibilities

• Design, stand up, and refine NPI frameworks for cross-functional alignment and launch throughput.
• Collect and synthesize feedback from Sales, Support, Product, and Operations.
• Link stakeholder input to operational enhancements and lifecycle improvements.
• Lead operational workstreams for new product launches and rapid GTM readiness.
• Support migration of contracts, SKUs, and pricing during integration.
• Coordinate cross-functional launch initiatives and track milestones and risks.
• Ensure end-to-end readiness across quoting, packaging, discounting, provisioning, activation, and invoicing.
• Configure, stage, deploy, and maintain product configuration data in Salesforce.
• Investigate release blockers or incidents in CRM and quote-to-cash environments.
