Job summary

ServiceNow seeks an experienced Pricing Operations Manager to drive readiness across the product portfolio. You will steward end-to-end pricing setup for major releases, coordinating with Pricing Strategy, Business Units, Digital Technologies, Order To Cash, Revenue and Finance to operationalize models and launches.

You will lead cross-functional teams, enablement, testing, and post-deployment support, while strengthening pricing policy communications and ensuring compliance across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including automating workflows or AI-driven insights.
• 8+ years of hands-on project management experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering SaaS offers and guiding pricing-related programs.

Responsibilities

• Drive new commercial model initiatives from concept to final implementation.
• Develop execution plans, track progress, and manage testing, enablement, and release to production.
• Coordinate with partners, sponsors, and vendors across the organization.
• Organize Scrum rituals and promote consistent best practices across projects.
• Recommend improvements to pricing frameworks, processes, and operations to boost sales velocity and customer success.
• Drive pricing process innovation to accelerate growth and ensure policy compliance.
• Own pricing and portfolio review documentation and keep policies current.
