Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma with 2-3 years B2B collections experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree in Accounting/Business/Finance preferred.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect delinquent accounts by phone and email and build payment relationships.
• Set up new accounts and update existing ones; review credit reports and references.
• Determine credit holds and manage past-due balances with multiple divisions.
• Conduct semi-annual reviews of delinquent accounts and coordinate with staff.
