You will drive continuous improvement, document new processes, validate outcomes, and support go-live activities while balancing strategic and tactical priorities in a hybrid office setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing organizational change initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience analyzing and redesigning business processes.
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Map current state processes at macro and micro levels; identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and sessions to understand business needs.
• Recommend and document improved processes; create detailed process flows, user stories, and workflows.
• Collaborate with IT and operations to design solutions supporting new structures and processes.
• Develop acceptance criteria; validate redesigned processes and systems.
• Support go-live activities and ensure processes are documented and trained.
• Monitor implemented processes and identify ongoing refinements based on data.
