Job summary

Marsh McLennan Agency is seeking a Business Process Specialist to support the Regional Operations Team by maintaining procedures, coordinating vendors, and assisting with training and onboarding. You will help with auditing workflows, tracking compliance through metrics and Smartsheet, and contributing to special projects tied to operations.

The ideal candidate has a minimum of three years in a property & casualty insurance environment, with strong Microsoft Office skills and knowledge of agency

Qualifications

• 3+ years of insurance agency/brokerage experience in Property & Casualty.
• P&C license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
• Advanced knowledge of agency operational procedures and the agency management system.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree or industry equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the Regional Operations Team in keeping processes and procedures running smoothly.
• Coordinate vendor and outsourcing efforts and assist with training, onboarding and monitoring.
• Help with reporting, Smartsheet updates, and project work tied to operations and system functionality.
