Job summary

Marsh Risk in Austin, TX, seeks a Business Process and Technical Manager for the Client Management Operations team. The role focuses on process optimization, reporting, data analysis, onboarding, and client reviews for US/Canada, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days in the office weekly.

You will partner with multiple teams to standardize processes, build dashboards, and drive QA and policy improvements to enable efficient client management operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related or relevant experience.
• Experience in process mapping and process design.
• Experience in design and implementation of reporting and dashboard solutions. Experience leading change management across operational teams across multiple sites.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational teams to analyze current processes and implement changes to improve efficiency, compliance, and quality.
• Provide SME on operational workflow processes and implement new tools aligned with team needs.
• Design and implement a QA program delivering insights to improve performance.
• Own and refine departmental policies and procedures with repository access and approvals.
• Contribute to design and implementation of digital and AI solutions to improve efficiency.
• Leverage reporting to identify improvement opportunities and share findings with leaders.
• Project-manage initiatives with cross-functional teams across extended timelines.
