Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience; minimum 5+ years in business systems analysis; 2–4 years industry experience also preferred; two years of experience managing technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct business process analysis to align IT solutions with business initiatives.
• Prepare ‘as is’ and ‘current state’ process documentation.
• Lead development of new or revised processes; facilitate elicitation of requirements.
• Analyze requests and communicate impacts to IT and Operations staff.
• Create documentation for business and system requirements.
