iCatalyst, Inc. seeks a Management Analyst to support a federal program in Washington, DC. The role focuses on analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and delivering process improvements with cross-functional teams.

You will develop SOPs, SOP mappings, and BRDs, while tracking KPIs to drive program performance. A Hybrid/Remote schedule and US citizenship are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in business process reengineering, change management, facilitation, or related work.
• Minimum 3 years supporting U.S. federal government agencies.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
• Experience leading stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements validation.
• Experience developing and maintaining business documentation, including SOPs and process maps.

Responsabilités

• Analyze existing business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Lead stakeholder workshops to gather and validate requirements.
• Create and maintain SOPs, process maps, and BRDs.
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics for program management.
• Support change management and organizational transformation initiatives.

• Ensure compliance with security, quality standards, and federal requirements.
