The role drives systemic health and hands-on process improvements, with responsibilities including mapping, requirements gathering, redesign, testing, and implementation support. A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in business analysis or related field are required.

• Demonstrated experience analyzing and redesigning business processes.

Responsibilities

• Map current state processes at macro (organization-wide) and micro (team/department) levels; identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, and stakeholder sessions to understand business needs and constraints.
• Recommend and document improved processes; create detailed process flows, user stories, and workflows.
• Work with IT and operations teams to design solutions for new structures and processes.
• Develop acceptance criteria; validate redesigned processes and systems.
• Ensure processes are documented and trained; support go-live activities.
• Monitor implemented processes and suggest ongoing refinements based on data.
