Job summary

AlphaGraphics is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to be the first contact for print and marketing customers. This hybrid role covers front counter, phone, and email support, with opportunities to assist the production team during busy periods.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, quoting and processing orders, and ensuring print readiness. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, and readiness to support production when needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to assist in production when needed.
• Basic computer skills (email, data entry).
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, and answer calls and emails promptly.
• Understand customer needs and recommend printing services (printing, signage, banners, business cards, brochures, promotional items, etc.).
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and process payments accurately.
• Review customer files for print readiness and communicate any issues.
• Follow up on order status, pickups, and deliveries.
• Assist production during peak periods and with finishing tasks.
