Job summary

AlphaGraphics is seeking a dependable, friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our print and marketing customers. This hybrid role handles front counter, phone, and email inquiries, and supports the production team to keep jobs on schedule.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, quoting, order entry, payments, and ensuring print readiness, with a focus on positive, solution-oriented service.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in person, by phone, and in writing.

• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Willingness and ability to assist in production when needed.

Customer Service Representative / Production Support

About The Role

AlphaGraphics is looking for a dependable, friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our print and marketing customers. This is a hybrid role: you'll handle customer needs at the front counter, by phone, and by email, and when production gets busy, you'll jump in to help the production team keep jobs on schedule.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, and answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and services (printing, signage, banners, business cards, brochures, promotional items, etc.)
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and process payments accurately
• Review customer files for print readiness and communicate any issues
• Follow up on order status, pickups, and deliveries
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive, solution-focused attitude

Production Support

• Assist the production team during peak periods and rush deadlines
• Help with tasks such as printing, cutting, trimming, collating, binding, laminating, packaging, and order staging
• Load paper, replenish supplies, and keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform quality checks to make sure finished jobs match order specifications

Requirements

• Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, reliably and on time

• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness and ability to assist in production when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
