AlphaGraphics of Greenway Plaza in Durant, OK is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for print and marketing projects. This hybrid role combines front-counter service, phone, and email support with production assistance when deadlines tighten.

You will greet customers, quote jobs, enter orders, and coordinate with the production team to keep projects on schedule.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer-facing communication skills across in-person, phone, and email.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized in a deadline-driven environment.
• Basic computer skills including email and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, and answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Understand customer needs and recommend printing, signage, banners, business cards, brochures, and promotional items.
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and process payments accurately.
• Review customer files for print readiness and communicate any issues.
• Follow up on order status, pickups, and deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive, solution-focused attitude.
• Assist the production team during peak periods and rush deadlines.
• Help with printing, cutting, trimming, collating, binding, laminating, packaging, and order staging.
• Load paper, replenish supplies, and keep work areas clean and organized.
• Perform quality checks to ensure finished jobs match order specifications.

Customer Service Representative / Production Support

About The Role

AlphaGraphics is looking for a dependable, friendly Customer Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our print and marketing customers. This is a hybrid role: you'll handle customer needs at the front counter, by phone, and by email, and when production gets busy, you'll jump in to help the production team keep jobs on schedule.

Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet and assist walk-in customers, and answer phone calls and emails promptly and professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend the right products and services (printing, signage, banners, business cards, brochures, promotional items, etc.)
• Prepare quotes, enter orders, and process payments accurately
• Review customer files for print readiness and communicate any issues
• Follow up on order status, pickups, and deliveries
• Resolve customer concerns with a positive, solution-focused attitude

Production Support

• Assist the production team during peak periods and rush deadlines
• Help with tasks such as printing, cutting, trimming, collating, binding, laminating, packaging, and order staging

Requirements

• Must be available to work Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, reliably and on time
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in person, by phone, and in writing
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness and ability to assist in production when needed
• Basic computer skills (email, Microsoft Office, data entry)
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs, and to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
• High school diploma or equivalent
