Qualifications

• Experience in collections, financial analysis or customer service required or preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to assess credit risk.
• Ability to communicate with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle collections with manual dialing and manage receivables in assigned territory.
• Respond to customer and associate inquiries about invoices, terms, restructures, extensions, and payments.
• Recommend extensions, restructures and contract adjustments.
• Maintain delinquency and charge-off standards and perform financial analysis to determine risk ratings and reserve needs.
• Provide monthly statistics and written analysis for the assigned territory.
