Responsibilities

• Manage delinquency levels within portfolio via outbound calls and letters.
• Assist customers with account reconciliations using payment histories.
• Access and analyze credit information to determine appropriate actions.
• Communicate with customers and partners to resolve delinquency issues.
• Recommend resolutions including negotiation, modification, default, or repossession.
