Responsibilities

• Manages the collection activities for various areas within the organization (e.g., bank cards, loss recovery, commercial accounts).
• Oversees Third-Party collection vendors to ensure performance and compliance with requirements.
• Manages call center teams, inbound/outbound activities, and escalated calls; leads coaching and development initiatives.
• Monitors KPIs, vendor scorecards, and reporting; uses analytics to drive improvements.
