Clickstop is seeking a Collections Specialist to manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on recovering past-due balances while protecting long-term client relationships. You’ll work closely with accounting, sales, and customer service to ensure accurate invoicing, timely payments, and clear communication with accounts payable contacts.

The role emphasizes negotiation, problem-solving, and adherence to FDCPA and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts receivable or commercial collections.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with customers.
• Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems for tracking aging and payments.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable for B2B and consumer segments, monitor aging, and drive timely collections.
• Build relationships with customer finance contacts and follow up on outstanding invoices via phone, email, and written correspondence.
• Navigate vendor portals, PO requirements, and invoice submission processes to prevent delays and resolve issues.
• Investigate and resolve billing disputes and short payments with internal teams.
• Prepare aging reports, collection forecasts, and support month-end close activities.
