• Familiarity with observability platforms like Splunk, AppDynamics, ThousandEyes.
• Proven track record leading technical design discussions.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of platform capabilities across products.
• Drive scalable, maintainable software designs to improve quality and reliability.
• Partner with PMs, Architects, and Dev teams to shape roadmaps and direction.
• Own critical subsystems from design through production support.
• Drive engineering excellence via reviews, testing, CI/CD, and performance.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar through leadership.
• Lead investigations, performance optimization, and RCAs.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve scalability and security.
