Qualifications

• Bachelors + 8 years or Masters + 6 years in CS/CE or related field.
• Proven production-quality software in Go and Python.
• Experience designing distributed systems, REST APIs, microservices, and containers with Docker/Kubernetes.
• CI/CD, Git, automated testing, performance benchmarking, and observability tools.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, Linux internals, and performance engineering.
• Led technical design discussions across multiple teams.
• Mentored engineers and provided technical leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of platform capabilities across products.
• Drive scalable, reusable software designs to improve quality and reliability.
• Partner with PMs, Architects, and Dev teams to shape roadmaps.
• Own subsystems from design to production support and improvement.
• Promote engineering excellence through reviews, CI/CD, testing, and observability.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across teams.
• Lead investigations, performance optimization, and root-cause analyses.
• Evaluate new technologies and recommend architectural improvements.
