• Experience building scalable production systems in cloud and on-prem with CI/CD (Jenkins/GitLab).
• Experience with data-driven security tooling, secure design patterns, and production issue resolution.
• Backend technologies: Python, Java, C/C++ or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical strategy and execution for multiple teams and backend/platform areas across cloud and on‑prem deployments.
• Own the technical roadmap and architectural integrity of backend services and data-processing workflows.
• Improve engineering excellence through code reviews, secure coding, testing, observability, and CI/CD practices.
• Mentor engineers and lead design sessions to advance platform evolution and customer value.
