Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum of two years of successful pharma or life science sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
• Proven ability to compete effectively in dynamic market environments and drive business results through strategic customer engagement.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms, virtual engagement tools, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience conducting both virtual and in-person customer interactions.
• Experience working with multiple products or managing multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience collaborating with external and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by promoting assigned products through virtual and in-person engagements with healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with HCPs, key accounts, and client stakeholders to support territory growth.
• Deliver compliant, value-based product education and clinical information.
• Develop and execute territory and account plans using market insights and competitive intelligence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated customer experience.
