Job summary

Aon is seeking an Account Manager in Chicago to service client accounts alongside Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives. The role focuses on day-to-day client servicing, renewals, and preparing presentations, with substantial independent discretion.

Hybrid schedule; Wednesdays in the Chicago office are required to foster collaboration. Ideal candidates have 3+ years of Personal Lines client service, experience with major carriers, and fluency with EPIC or similar agency management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Personal Lines client service experience in an insurance brokerage or independent agency
• Experience with carriers such as Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, AutoOwners
• Fluency with EPIC or similar agency management system

Responsibilities

• Manage renewals and marketing processes for a defined client set
• Prepare renewal presentations and client communications
• Review proposals and carrier source documents for accuracy with account team
• Maintain client documents and policy records in agency management system
• Serve as first line of contact for billing questions from clients and carriers
• Build and maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts
