Aon plc in Ohio is seeking an Account Manager II to partner with Account Executives, manage service processes, and support client renewals. The role emphasizes client communication, data analysis, and collaboration across the account team to ensure a positive client experience.

The position offers a hybrid work setup with offices in Cleveland, Columbus, or Cincinnati, and requires 3+ years of insurance experience with a Property & Casualty license.

Formación

• 3+ years of insurance experience in Commercial Risk and Account Management.
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
• Ability to maintain effective client relationships and communicate clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with Account Executives to manage day-to-day service processes.
• Support client renewal cycles and prepare quote comparisons.
• Coordinate with account team members to ensure accurate information flow.
• Handle client inquiries, endorsements, and billing-related items.
• Prepare stewardship reports and tailored client presentations.
• Serve as liaison with ACS and Premium Accounting where applicable.
• Monitor invoice generation and receivables; resolve issues.
• Mentor junior staff and delegate tasks when needed.
