Aon is seeking a Health Solutions Senior Account Executive in Chicago. This hybrid role blends virtual work with our office presence and focuses on managing and expanding U.S. health and benefits client work with senior client leaders.

You will lead as a senior Account Executive in the Midwest, driving strategic direction, growth, and client service across multiple health solutions lines while mentoring talent and strengthening relationships.

Qualifications

• Ten plus years Health and Benefits background.
• Six-plus years of consulting experience.
• Client facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage or in the Health and Benefits discipline.
• Complex project management experience.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field or equivalent years of industry experience

Responsibilities

• Lead growth of large market health and benefits client work and manage a book of business.
• Interact with HR, Finance and Total Rewards leaders for delivery of benefits consulting services.
• Develop strategic vision with market and region leadership for Chicago and Norwalk markets.
• Collaborate with partners for growth, strategy, and client service.
• Grow revenue and market share in the Chicago market through sales and leadership.
