Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an experienced Account Manager to independently review client insurance programs, work with carriers and underwriters, and develop recommendations for optimal coverage and pricing. The role emphasizes attention to detail, accountability, and a client-service mindset.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with some in-office days in downtown Chicago; remote options may be considered for qualified Personal Lines candidates with some independence to manage a book.

Responsibilities

• Works proactively to form relationships with carrier contacts.
• Prepare and send requests for annual reviews and edit results in the spreadsheet.
• Lead on analyzing insurance programs and carrier documents; communicate results with the team.
• Create and maintain client documents in the agency management system.
• Use EPIC and rating systems and carrier websites.
