Aon is seeking an Account Manager II in Chicago for its Commercial Insurance division. This hybrid role partners with Account Executives, manages renewals, and coordinates client service activities to ensure a positive client experience.

Competenze

• 3+ years of insurance experience required (preferably within Commercial Risk and in an Account Management role).
• Active Property & Casualty Insurance license required.
• Ability to maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Mansioni

• Partner with Account Executives on assigned book of business and manage day-to-day service processes.
• Support strategic, client-facing initiatives and renewal cycles for clients.
• Draft quote comparisons and follow up for binders, policies, and endorsements.
• Coordinate with ACS and billing teams to ensure efficient client deliverables.
• Handle and respond to client inquiries, certificates, and policy transmittals.
