Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks an Account Manager to service client accounts with Advisors/Client Executives and Account Executives. You will manage renewals, prepare renewal proposals, and coordinate with carriers while building relationships and delivering timely communications.

Hybrid schedule in our Minneapolis, MN office. The role requires 3+ years of Personal Lines client service experience, a P&C license, EPIC or similar AMS, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• More than 3 years of Personal Lines client service experience in an insurance brokerage or agency.
• Experience with Personal Lines and carriers such as Travelers, Safeco, Progressive, AutoOwners.
• Fluency with EPIC or similar agency management system.

Responsibilities

• Service client accounts day-to-day with Advisors, Client Executives, and Account Executives.
• Manage renewals and marketing process; prepare renewal presentations.
• Communicate with clients and carriers with guidance from senior team members.
• Maintain client documents and agency management system records.
• Assist Account Management Team as needed.
