Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales and customer service or consumer loan processing/interviewing.

• Willingness to obtain NMLS registration and CUNA Mutual licensing within eight weeks.

Responsibilities

• Handle member calls, conduct loan interviews, assess needs, and cross-sell SCCU products.
• Open new memberships and promote deposit products to existing members.
• Analyze loan applications and credit reports to match members to products.
• Enter loan/new account applications in the origination system and monitor pipeline.
• Meet productivity standards and participate in product, system, and compliance training.
