Job summary

Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) in Melbourne, FL seeks a Credit Solutions Associate I to help members bring past-due accounts current and reduce loan delinquency. You will handle inbound calls, arrange payments, research problems, and document actions in member records.

This full-time, hybrid role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with two in-office days, a starting hourly wage of $22.18–$23.48, and opportunities for bonus, tuition assistance, and comprehensive benefits under SCCU's member-first

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in consumer debt collections or sales environment.
• Experience with vehicle and mortgage collections and loss mitigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to bring past-due accounts current and minimize delinquent loans across consumer, mortgage, and business portfolios.
• Answer inbound calls, arrange payments, transfer payments, and research past-due loan problems.
• Contact past-due members by phone and offer payment plans or other remedies to bring loans current.
• Document all actions and updates accurately in member records on the day actions occur.
