Space Coast Credit Union (SCCU) is seeking a Member Service Specialist (Teller/Customer Service) for the NW Palm Bay Branch. You will help members with deposits, loans, and new accounts, while recommending SCCU products and improving lobby efficiency.

Qualifications

• 0-6+ months of customer service and/or cash handling experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Assist members with deposits, withdrawals, and transactions to deliver complete member service.
• Consult with members regarding SCCU products and services and suggest additional offerings.
• Balance cash and daily work to ensure member account integrity.
• Provide excellent service while guiding members to the appropriate information source.
