Qualifications

• 1–2 years in consumer debt collections or sales.
• Experience with vehicle and mortgage collections and loss mitigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides solutions to bring past due accounts current, excluding legal and bankrupt accounts.
• Accepts inbound calls, makes payment arrangements, transfers payments, and researches past due issues.
• Contacts past due members to arrange solutions and payment plans.
• Offers delinquency options such as payment plans, refinance, modification, or other local programs.
• Documents all actions accurately in records per guidelines.
• Notifies members with letters per department guidelines.
