Job summary

Range is seeking a Payroll Specialist for a hybrid schedule to manage full-cycle payroll across multiple states. You will coordinate with vendors and auditors, ensure W-2 processing accuracy, and support complex payroll reconciliations.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of payroll experience, familiarity with ADP products, and CPP certification is preferred. Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations is required to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years related payroll experience; equity based compensation experience a plus.
• CPP certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, audit, prepare and input payroll data using ADP Workforce Payroll system.
• Administer ADP Etime System for time and attendance with reports.
• Process 401K contributions and deferred compensation payments.
• Ensure timely year-end processing of W-2s and related taxes.
• Post stock transactions for RSU/SAR for tax purposes.
• Process quarterly deductions payments to charitable organizations and other deductions.
• Create and distribute custom payroll reports for management and auditors.
• Oversee payroll procedures and implement improvements for accuracy.
