Job summary

SMS group Inc. is seeking a Corporate Payroll Specialist to own the bi-weekly payroll processing and optimize the ADP Workforce Now system.

You will serve as the SME for HCM data, configure processes, manage self-service for employees and managers, and collaborate with ADP to address analytics and reporting needs. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in accounting and 4+ years in payroll, with strong attention to detail, Microsoft skills, and a track record of compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting and 3–5 years in HRIS/payroll roles.
• At least four years’ experience using payroll software.
• ADP Workforce Now experience required — at least 3 years configuration and payroll processing.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data reporting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and process company-wide bi-weekly payroll.
• Act as SME for HCM data, system configuration and reporting.
• Manage employee and manager self-service features in ADP.
