Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent military experience or 1–2 years of multi-corporation, multi-state payroll experience.
• Equivalent experience in customer service, payroll, human resources, benefits administration, financial institutions, or application support.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter who can prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Must possess critical thinking skills and enjoy problem solving.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with change and ability to adapt quickly from adversity.

Responsibilities

• Help give the world's busiest professionals piece of mind by ensuring timely and accurate payroll for employees.
• Perform basic analysis, reporting, quarter-end and year-end audits, and research related to payroll processing.
• Occasionally work on special projects to apply analytical thinking and assist clients in achieving success.
• Respond to service requests, participate in client calls, and complete basic payroll reporting.
