Job summary

TSP talent is seeking a full-time Payroll Support Specialist to join the Finance team. You will process payroll for multiple companies, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for employees, resolve payroll issues, and provide HR support related to the ADP system.

Qualifications

Job description

Seeking a full-time Payroll Support Specialist to join the Finance team, responsible for processing payroll accurately, timely, and in compliance across multiple companies. The role involves serving as a point of contact for employees, resolving payroll issues, and providing HR support related to the ADP system.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Payroll Processing: Managing workflow, reconciling reports, processing new hires, ensuring garnishments and compliance, handling pay card transactions, and administering electronic timekeeping systems.
• Support Duties: Responding to Help Desk inquiries, troubleshooting employee issues, escalating urgent matters, and recommending process improvements.
• Additional Tasks: Handling employment verifications, unemployment inquiries, and ensuring adherence to wage and hour laws.

Qualifications And Skills

• 2-year college degree or equivalent
• Over 3 years of payroll processing experience
• Knowledge of federal and state tax laws, multi-state payrolls, and payroll software (preferably ADP)
• Strong communication, decision-making, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
