European Wax Center is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage processing, reconciling, and recording payroll for the corporate office and centers. The role reports to the Payroll Manager and collaborates with HR and Accounting to maintain accurate payroll data.

The position requires hands-on payroll experience, proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, and strong attention to detail. Hybrid work arrangement with in-office and remote days is offered.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years progressive payroll experience preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-site and multi-state payroll.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience with payroll reconciliations and general ledger activity.

Responsabilités

• Assist with weekly and bi-weekly payroll processing.
• Review payroll information for accuracy including wages, deductions, and benefits.
• Assist with payroll changes, new hires, terminations, corrections, and manual checks.
