Randa Apparel & Accessories based in the United States seeks a Payroll Administrator to manage accurate, timely payroll processing across our U.S. states and Canada for hourly and salaried staff in corporate, distribution centers, and retail locations.

The role is hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) with responsibilities including ADP Workforce Now processing, compliance with federal, state, and local payroll rules, and collaboration with HR, Finance, and external providers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on payroll processing experience.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now or another large payroll platform.
• Working knowledge of multi-state payroll requirements and multi-entity support.
• Proficiency in Excel (sorting, filtering, lookups, pivot tables).

Responsibilities

• Process payrolls from start to finish across multiple entities and pay schedules.
• Support hourly and salaried employees in corporate, distribution centers, and retail locations.
• Perform pre- and post-processing reviews and reconcile payroll registers.
• Respond to payroll inquiries with clear, confidential communication.
• Assist with onboarding acquired businesses and data validation.
• Document payroll procedures and maintain controls.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Treasury, and external vendors.
• Identify opportunities to automate payroll activities.
