Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of payroll processing experience.
• ADP WFN experience required.
• Multi-state payroll experience highly preferred.
• Strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process biweekly or weekly payroll for a high-volume employee population.
• Manage multi-state payroll processing and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Review payroll for accuracy and resolve discrepancies prior to processing.
• Maintain employee payroll records and process payroll changes.
• Handle payroll deductions, garnishments, taxes, and other payroll-related items.
• Reconcile payroll reports and payroll-related general ledger accounts.
• Respond to employee questions regarding payroll, deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters.
• Assist with year-end payroll activities, including W-2 processing.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and support audits as needed.
