Job summary

Ecovyst, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sr. Payroll Specialist to support accurate, timely payroll processing, maintain data integrity, and provide responsive service to employees and business partners.

The role requires hands-on ADP Workforce Now and Workforce Manager experience, a continuous improvement mindset, and the ability to process changes, report, audit, and ensure compliance in a hybrid Chesterbrook, PA environment.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, HR, or related field.
8+ years of payroll administration or processing experience.
Hands-on ADP Workforce Now and Workforce Manager experience required; Canadian payroll preferred.

Responsibilities

Process recurring payroll cycles accurately and on schedule.
Review payroll data for accuracy prior to processing.
Process payroll changes (new hires, terminations, changes, deductions, direct deposits).
Review results for discrepancies and investigate as needed.
Maintain accurate payroll documentation and records.
Assist with year-end payroll activities and reporting.
Serve as a power user of ADP Workforce Now and Workforce Manager.
Identify process improvements to automate and increase efficiency.
Support payroll audits, reconciliations, and internal controls.
