Qualifications

• CPP certification preferred.

• Strong knowledge of wage and hour regulations.
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and bi-weekly payrolls for multiple divisions.
• Respond to payroll tickets and inquiries from managers and employees.
• Audit payroll transactions and reconciliations for accuracy.
• Assist with W-2 corrections and payroll reporting.
• Support process improvements and payroll documentation.
