Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• 5 years payroll experience with no degree; 3 years with degree; multi-state payroll experience required.
• Experience with current HRIS and Excel at an advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and processes semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Maintains payroll records and responds to employee inquiries.
• Assists with payroll reporting, tax withholdings, and year-end processes including W‑2s.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance and external payroll providers.
