Texas-Family-Care-Network is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to manage semi-monthly payrolls for both exempt and non-exempt staff within our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance. The role involves maintaining payroll records, answering employee inquiries, and collaborating closely with HR, Finance, and external payroll providers.

The ideal candidate brings multi-state payroll experience, advanced Excel skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Formación

• Requires high school diploma or GED; degree preferred.
• 5 years payroll experience with no degree; 3 years with degree; multi-state payroll experience required.
• Experience with current HRIS and Excel at an advanced level.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares and processes semi-monthly payroll for exempt and non-exempt employees.
• Maintains payroll records and responds to employee inquiries.
• Assists with payroll reporting, tax withholdings, and year-end processes including W‑2s.
• Collaborates with HR, Finance and external payroll providers.
