Evolving Solution Services in Irving, TX is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage all payroll operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local laws. You will work closely with HR and Accounting to process payroll timely and maintain confidential payroll data.

Responsibilities include end-to-end payroll for hourly and salaried staff, tax withholdings, garnishments, and reporting, plus data management and system maintenance using ADP, SAP, or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of payroll processing experience.
• Strong knowledge of payroll laws, tax regulations, and compliance.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive employee data.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll cycles for hourly and salaried employees.
• Process payroll taxes, withholdings, garnishments, and other deductions.
• Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports for audits and management.
• Coordinate payroll distribution via direct deposit, checks, or other methods.
• Audit payroll data and reconcile variances; support audits as needed.
