Job summary

Vivo Infusion is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to manage timely and compliant payroll in a hybrid Grand Rapids, MI or Denver, CO office. Responsibilities include payroll processing (regular, off-cycle, PEO), HRIS administration, and bonus calculations, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

The role reports to the Director of HRIS and Payroll, offers a 5% annual bonus potential, and a comprehensive benefits package with 401K matching and PTO accruals.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years experience with payroll within an HR/Finance team. Payroll or HR certifications a plus.
• Experience with Paylocity is a Preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential and sensitive information and collaborate in fast-paced environments across diverse geographies.
• Commitment to accuracy, attention to detail, and drive to achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Payroll processing for regular, off-cycle, and PEO payroll.
• Administer time & labor in HRIS, ensure accuracy and ease of use.
• Support quarterly and annual bonus calculations and related payroll processing.
• Set up new hire PTO and accrual policies; cost center administration.
• Process onboarding for I-9 compliance using E-Verify; support ad-hoc HR/payroll reporting.
