Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC in Draper, UT is seeking a Payroll Coordinator for a hybrid role that supports the Payroll team and coordinates with OSV, HRIS, and HR Operations. This role serves as the first point of contact for payroll questions and helps ensure accurate, timely processing.

You will assist with state/local compliance, tax notices, and administrative duties while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent service to employees.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One or more years of payroll, HR operations, or customer service experience preferred.
• Payroll experience is a plus but not required.
• Workday experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to employee and manager payroll questions received through Jira and the Payroll Hotline, routing complex issues to the Payroll Administrator or Senior Payroll Analyst.
• Log and route payroll tax notices to OSV and other teams, track responses, and ensure timely resolutions.
• Assist with state and local payroll reporting and set up new jurisdictions in partnership with OSV, HRIS, and HR/Legal.
• Provide general Payroll team support and maintain confidential records.
