Relias US is seeking a Manager, Payroll & Accounts Payable in Morrisville, NC, to lead payroll, AP, and vendor master data operations. You will manage teams, ensure timely, accurate payments, and drive internal controls and process improvements in a flexible hybrid environment.

The role requires multi-state payroll experience, strong leadership, and familiarity with ERP/payroll systems. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.

Competenze

• 5+ years in payroll, accounts payable, or related accounting operations.
• 2+ years of direct people-management experience.
• Experience with multi-state payroll and related areas such as AP or vendor data.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience with UKG or major ERP systems (Intacct, NetSuite, SAP).
• CPP or FPC certification may be considered for management scope.

• Lead Payroll and MDM Specialists and Accounts Payable Specialists.
• Set priorities, allocate work, review quality, coach performance.
• Oversee payroll processing and related controls including taxes and adjustments.
• Oversee AP, expense processing, and payment operations.
• Maintain vendor master-data controls and risk management.
• Drive process improvements and automation with approved tools.
