Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, strong numerical accuracy, and comfort with Excel and ERP systems. No prior AP experience required; on-the-job training provided. You will contribute to compliance and timely payments in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail when reviewing invoices, approvals, payment information, receipts, and records.
• Ability to follow documented procedures and complete recurring work accurately.
• Ability to organize work around payment and close deadlines and communicate status or risks promptly.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software and ERP systems.
• No prior accounts payable experience required; strong potential for an entry-level AP role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, enter, and route supplier invoices and approved direct-entry transactions using established coding and approvals.
• Review invoices for completeness and data accuracy; identify discrepancies for review.
• Prepare payment-support documentation and complete validation steps for payment runs and related controls.
• Review expense reports and travel documentation; maintain receipts and respond to routine inquiries.
• Assist with reconciliations, audit requests, and records management to ensure data integrity.
