You will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, on-site with a hybrid schedule after training. You’ll engage with patients and providers to verify information and coordinate referrals as needed.

Responsibilities

• Interacting with patients and providers to gather information for accurate registration.
• Responding to customer billing and payment inquiries.
• Managing check in/check out processes, including identity verification and demographic/insurance verification.
