You will check in patients, handle registrations, collect copays, schedule appointments, coordinate with insurance, and maintain smooth patient flow while keeping patients and families informed of wait times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Two years of related front-office experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database programs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Check in patients, complete registration forms, collect copays, answer phones.
• Create and verify patient registration upon arrival.
• Coordinate with Benefit Coordinators for new insurance.
• Schedule appointments and obtain referrals/authorization as needed.
• Monitor patient flow and inform patients/families of wait times.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
